SHIPPING

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorisation and verification has been obtained. We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and Europe. We also deliver to the following International destinations: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Mumbai, New Dheli, U.A.E, Beirut, Singapore, China, Japan and Australia. Orders in the UK are shipped with Royal Mail standard tracked delivery and typically arrive in 5 business days but can take up to 28 days. Orders in Europe are shipped with Deutsche Post and typically arrive in 5 business days but can take up to 28 days. International orders are shipped with Deutsche Post and can take up to 28 days. Shipping rates are provided at check out.

Europe includes: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden (Mainland locations only) and Switzerland.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country- you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in our products and hope you love what you ordered. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by emailing us on customers@vaultskin.com - offer a full refund.

We gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be in its original packaging material. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Return & Exchange Merchandise

1. Print your purchase confirmation email and clearly write instructions on what you would like to do. For returns, clearly state you would like to the return the product and reason why. For exchanges, clearly write that you would like to exchange the product, and what you would like to exchange it for.

Refunds

We will refund your debit card/credit card/PayPal within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

What This Warranty Covers

This Six-Months Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Vaultskin’s manufactured Products.  Vaultskin does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, laundering, the natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal use. If the defective product is not repairable and an identical product is not available, we will replace it with a functionally equivalent new product.

How Long This Warranty Lasts

Six months from the day of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service and should be retained. A proof of purchase may be in the form of an order confirmation, with the model of the product and the date of purchase stated.

After your claim is approved you will be asked to send the product via prepaid shipping, (you pay to ship the item to us; we pay to ship the item back to you) directly to us.
